Veneer is a natural material. Real wood 0.3-0.8 mm is glued to wood-based material (chipboard or MDF). Even when manufactured from a trunk, there are natural differences in colour and structure that make up the character of real wood veneer.
Natural wood, silk matt open pore. The colour of veneer surfaces changes due to constant exposure to light. Colour differences will always occur in subsequent deliveries. It is therefore essential to protect your furniture from prolonged direct sunlight and halogen light.
For daily furniture care, simple dusting with a soft, dry cloth is sufficient. For light soiling/normal wear and tear, clean the surfaces with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. For heavier soiling and grease stains, please use a neutral cleaner which you apply to a soft, lint-free cloth and work the surface without pressure. Caution: Always wipe in the direction of the wood grain and dry with a soft cotton cloth. Do not use furniture polish for furniture care! You can find our care set in our furniture care shop.
